天瞳威视完成1.5亿美元C轮融资，计划2022年启动IPO

近日，自动驾驶解决方案商天瞳威视（CalmCar）宣布正式完成C轮融资，融资额约1.5亿美元，计划在2022年内正式启动IPO进程。本次C轮融资由采埃孚集团领投，龙石资本，东建国际，中源资本，中科先进基金，VinFast，达武创投，联通资本，联通中金等多家战略机构跟投。公司于2019年、2020年连续获得了恒旭资本参与的B轮及B+轮融资。

本轮融资将用于全面扩大L2-L4等级高低速自动驾驶系统软硬件前装量产产能，服务于全球化的客户需求，于2022年在整车制造商的车型上实现量产。同时，公司正在打造上海技术中心，扩展人才储备强化自动驾驶领域前沿技术研发，并加速各地研发中心、工程实施中心及数据中心的建立等。

天瞳威视成立于2016年，定位为一家人工智能软硬件和智能驾驶主动感知集成解决方案提供商，致力成为汽车主动安全系统的环境感知平台。该公司核心产品CalmCar是采用深度学习技术的汽车智能视觉系统，能全面认知复杂路况，感知、预测车辆行驶过程中的交通情况，已被应用于自动驾驶、智慧交通与智能安防等领域。
