恒旭资本首次参评并入选“保险资金投资的私募股权投资基金管理人评价”A类名单

2022年12月6日，中国保险资产管理业协会公布2022年保险资金投资的私募股权投资基金管理人评价结果，恒旭资本首次参与该评价，入选“2022年保险资金投资的私募股权投资基金管理人评价”A类名单。

本次评价以保险资金投资股权投资基金的监管政策为主要依据并结合行业现实需要，从公司治理与投资团队、管理制度与流程、风险管理、规模与业绩、投后管理机制、合法合规经营、保险合作、激励约束、信息报告及披露等9个方面（一级指标）的41个二级指标对评价对象进行评价，10个合规运营相关指标为扣分制，按照评价规则，评价结果分为A、B、C、D四类。
