恒旭资本再次获评保险资管业协会A类基金管理人

2023年12月27日，中国保险资产管理业协会发布“2023年保险资金投资的私募股权投资基金管理人”评价结果，恒旭资本再次获得A类评价。

根据《中国保险资产管理业协会保险资金投资的私募股权投资基金管理人评价规则（2022年修订）》，协会从公司治理与投资团队、管理制度与流程、风险管理、规模与业绩、投后管理机制、合法合规经营、保险合作、激励约束、信息报告及披露等九个方面对保险资金投资的私募股权投资基金管理人进行综合评估，其中A类评价得分需在80分以上，为机构级别最高评价。

有赖于不断提升的公司治理、信息化建设、风险管控、投后管理、保险合作等核心能力，凭借在股权投资领域的优异成绩，恒旭资本连续两年取得保险资金私募股权投资管理人A类评价的殊荣。
