恒旭伙伴｜恒旭资本布局微纳光刻赛道，玉之泉完成数亿元Pre-B轮融资

近日，杭州玉之泉精密仪器有限公司完成数亿元Pre-B轮融资。本轮由深创投、建投投资联合领投，恒旭资本作为新进股东参与投资，佰彦基金、中芯科技（宁波）基金、金华创投、硅港资本等机构跟投，并引入国家创业投资引导基金区域子基金——粤港澳大湾区创业投资引导基金。


玉之泉源自浙江大学三十余年微纳光刻技术积淀，是国内直写光刻装备领域的核心企业之一。本轮融资是玉之泉发展历程中的重要战略里程碑，标志着公司获得国家级基金与产业龙头的全维度认可与支持，正式迈入技术规模化落地、业务高速扩张的全新阶段。

为什么是微纳光刻：一条被长期低估的关键赛道

提及光刻，公众目光往往聚焦于晶圆厂中动辄数亿欧元的大型投影式光刻机。但在半导体产业链的更上游，还有一类同样不可或缺的装备——直写光刻设备。它无需掩膜版，通过计算机控制光束直接在基材上扫描曝光，广泛应用于芯片设计验证、高端掩膜版制造、MEMS传感器、先进封装、光子芯片、超表面光学元件等场景。

在AI芯片、硅光互连、AR/VR光学、量子器件等新兴需求的驱动下，直写光刻正从"科研辅助工具"加速走向"产业核心装备"。然而，这条赛道长期被德国Nanoscribe、日本NuFlare等海外厂商主导。设备价格高昂、交付周期长、核心工艺不开放，成为国内科研与高端制造面前的又一道隐形壁垒。玉之泉的出现，正是对这一格局的正面回应。

技术壁垒：从50纳米精度到万通道并行制造

玉之泉的核心竞争力，建立在全栈自主的技术体系之上。


精度层面，其MPD系列双光子三维激光直写光刻系统搭载自研边缘光抑制（PPI）技术，可将刻写线宽从行业普遍的150纳米以上稳定压缩至50纳米以内，极限线宽达40纳米级，迈入国际第一梯队。双光子聚合技术利用非线性光学效应突破衍射极限，可制备传统平面工艺无法实现的悬空、曲面、多孔结构。

通量层面，玉之泉联合浙江大学极端光学技术与仪器全国重点实验室，创新性地提出"万通道快速独立调控方案"，可瞬间生成1万多个可独立控制的并行激光焦点，每个焦点能量支持169阶以上精细调节。2026年7月，双方联合研发的"万通道3D纳米激光直写光刻机"正式上市。这一全球首发、国际领先的微纳制造利器，标志着我国在高精度高通量光刻装置领域迈上新台阶，更为高端掩膜版、光子芯片及超表面等半导体与微纳制造关键领域，提供了不可或缺的底层技术支撑。


体系层面，玉之泉构建了从核心光学设计、运动控制平台到加工软件、配套光刻胶的全链路自主可控体系。产品已形成MPD（双光子三维激光直写光刻）、FSD（飞秒激光微纳加工）、UVD（数字投影无掩膜光刻）、AOD（紫外激光直写光刻）、VOP（生物体打印光刻）五大产品系列及全品类微纳加工服务，覆盖科研、工程验证到产业化应用的全场景。
