物理AI第一股Momenta成功上市

2026年7月8日，全球领先的物理AI公司Momenta（股票简称：Momenta，股票代码：6880.HK）正式在港交所主板挂牌上市，成为“物理AI第一股”，开盘总市值突破700亿港元。图片02.jpg

Momenta本次发行价为295.60港元/股，募资总额约58.9亿港元。此次IPO引入14家机构组成超豪华基石投资者阵容，基石认购总额约30亿港元（约3.76亿美元）。其中，新加坡政府投资公司（GIC）和富达国际强势领投，均获配1亿美元。产业“顶配”级战略投资人梅赛德斯-奔驰和比亚迪分别出资2500万美元和1500万美元；中资顶级私募高毅和博裕，公募华夏基金和广发基金，以及长线险资太平洋保险等各认购1000万美元。基石席位的火爆程度“一票难求”，堪比宁德时代的基石阵容。这充分体现了资本市场对这家物理AI领军企业的高度认可。

恒旭资本于2021年便参与了Momenta C轮融资，是恒旭资本在智能驾驶赛道的重要布局，也是公司收获的第23家上市企业。

飞轮显效，共赴物理AI未来

Momenta成立于2016年，是全球领先的物理AI公司，致力于通过突破性的AI科技创造更美好的生活。Momenta以世界模型为基座，基于“数据飞轮”技术洞察，量产业务（Mass Production）与规模化无人业务（Scalable Robo）“两条腿”并行，让物理AI走入现实生活。

当下，数字AI正在加速向物理AI跃迁，物理AI的“GPT时刻”即将来临。世界模型作为物理AI的核心基座模型，被认为是激发物理AI“GPT时刻”的关键突破口。而Momenta的世界模型，将为物理AI提供时空基座。今年4月，Momenta R7世界模型首发量产，作为物理AI基座模型，支撑Momenta在乘用车、无人驾驶出租车（Robotaxi）及无人物流车（Robovan）等领域规模化落地，未来还有望扩展至无人驾驶卡车（Robotruck）和具身智能等领域。基于量产业务带来的超过120亿公里实车里程，以及从中提炼的超1亿段黄金数据，Momenta R7世界模型能够通过强化学习训练自我博弈进化，关键场景能力大幅提升。

凭借在物理AI、世界模型和商业化上的先发优势，Momenta的“飞轮效应”已全面显现：2022年首个10万台量产耗时24个月，而今最快不到40天即可完成10万台交付。目前，搭载Momenta系统的量产车辆规模已突破100万台，客户已覆盖国内全部主流乘用车企业，且全球排名前10大车企中已有9家与其开展合作。根据行业权威研究机构CIC灼识咨询，2025年3月至2026年2月，中国第三方城市NOA供应商市场中，Momenta市占率达65%，行业居首。
此次赴港IPO，不仅将为Momenta技术演进与业务扩展注入强劲势能，也为物理AI产业的资本化和规模化发展树立了全新标杆，成为全球物理AI从理论研究转向商业落地的重要里程碑。同时，IPO还有望进一步加速Momenta的全球化进程，在AI技术出海浪潮中以“中国方案”推动全球物理AI产业的进步。
