恒旭伙伴｜恒旭资本已投企业「励楷科技」完成近5亿元D轮融资

近日，上海励楷科技有限公司正式宣布完成D轮融资。本轮融资总额近5亿元人民币，由上海科创集团与闵金投领投，太平股权等多家知名投资机构共同参与，多家老股东继续追加投资。恒旭资本于2021年首次押注励楷科技参与其B轮融资，随后作为老股东继续参与其B+轮融资。恒旭资本的连投逻辑，源于对其"全链条平台化"路径的深度认可：不同于依赖单一爆款的器械公司，励楷科技通过自主掌控核心工艺，构建了导管、导丝、球囊、支架四大底层技术平台，是国内少数具备神经介入全产品系列和全链条产业化能力的平台型企业。

励楷科技成立于2019年，创始人刘安带着神经介入医疗器械项目首次来到上海科创集团旗下863基地时，公司尚未成立，项目仍处萌芽期，863基地以敏锐的科创嗅觉捕捉到神经介入赛道的发展潜力，当即为其提供了6个月免费苗圃场地及全方位孵化支持——从预留整层研发空间助力洁净车间建设，到全程协助环评、ISO13485认证等资质办理；从对接国家级创业导师梳理战略路径，到链接上海科创集团基金资源矩阵，基地以“全生命周期服务”为励楷科技注入生长动能。同年，企业首笔融资交割落地，正式扎根863基地，开启了从“一张蓝图”到“扎根生长”的创新征程。

作为少数从行业起步阶段持续经营至今的企业，励楷科技专注神经介入医疗器械的研发、生产和销售，产品管线覆盖出血类、缺血类及通路类器械。公司深耕神经介入领域，依托“内在自主研发能力+外在全球探索BD能力”双轮驱动，以及完善的“研发–产品–销售”全链条闭环体系，致力于成为全球脑血管疾病器械、乃至整个医疗器械产业中领先的创新技术及服务平台。


自成立以来，励楷科技始终坚持“内外兼修”的发展路径，通过自主掌握核心工艺与供应链资源，构建了导管、导丝、球囊、支架四大底层技术平台。截至目前，公司已取得20张NMPA三类医疗器械注册证、1张FDA注册证及1张CE认证，是国内少数具备神经介入全产品系列和全链条产业化能力的平台型企业。2026年2月，公司重磅治疗类产品“Cyllene颅内血管支架”正式获批上市，标志着公司在通路类产品深厚积累的基础上，成功向高价值介入治疗领域延伸。

在商业化方面，励楷科技已建立覆盖全国31个省份的销售网络，产品进入超过2,200家医院。核心产品Locaste 088输送导管市占率第一，大幅替代进口竞品；Tarvos微导丝市场份额位居国产第一；Juewa OTW颅内球囊扩张导管作为创新二合一产品，在河北牵头的27省联盟集采中再夺A组榜首；Cyllene颅内支架以其创新的全规格.017in系统输送、三段显影和开闭环结构设计，获得临床术者的高度评价。

本轮融资完成后，励楷科技将聚焦三大方向：一是加大创新产品研发与临床试验投入，逐步从神经介入拓展至外周介入、肿瘤介入等领域；二是通过并购方式补足终端治疗类产品，结合集采带来的市场机遇快速丰富产品矩阵，形成“通路产品稳定放量+治疗类产品提升毛利+创新产品持续接力”的多元增长模式；三是推进产能建设与国际化业务拓展，布局生产基地承接规模化量产需求，同时依托美欧CDMO业务和全球商务合作网络，积极承接全球高值耗材研发制造转移机会。
